Becoming a college strength and conditioning coach isn’t easy, but it was young man Jesse’s dream. There was no time to sit and enjoy my epic triumph as I had dreamed of. I was thrown in the middle of it.

On the first day, I was the head strength and conditioning trainer for three teams.

I had to make up for that by being one of the key strength and conditioning assistant coaches for football, which took up a large chunk of my time.
